La gestión didáctica para el desempeño docente en las carreras de modalidad online en el AITEC: Una aproximación teórica

Abstract

The theoretical approach aims to understand didactic management in teaching performance in online courses. The ideas examined focus on the approach to the term and the teacher's need to conceive, in the current educational context, didactics as a necessary management within their work. Likewise, virtual learning environments are focused on as scenarios to develop the teaching-learning process. The qualitative approach allowed us to analyze the didactic management practices implemented by teachers and the quality of the processes addressed. The methods of documentary review and observation allowed us to obtain a criterion on the behavior of didactic management in teaching staff, in addition to facilitating the definition of existing problems for analysis and treatment in subsequent investigations. The results highlight the importance of effective didactic management with adequate planning, guidance, accompaniment and curricular evaluation, considering the selection of appropriate teaching strategies, constructive feedback and support for the active participation of students, from these environments. Factors that influence the effectiveness of didactic management were identified, such as continuous teacher training, institutional leadership and the academic environment.
